RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


Returns
We want you to love your CampCore gear. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it.

How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).

EU, UK & EEA Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
