Our Approach
CampCore ships items directly from our fulfillment partners, so we don't require items to be physically returned in most cases. This lets us resolve issues quickly and avoid the delays and costs of international return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at contact@campcoreplus.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. No return is needed — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Changed Your Mind
If you're simply not satisfied with your order, email us at contact@campcoreplus.com within 14 days of delivery. No return is required — we'll issue you store credit for the full value of your order, which you can use on any future purchase at CampCore.
EU, UK & EEA Customers: Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To exercise this right, email us at contact@campcoreplus.com within 14 days of delivery. If you choose to exercise this right through a physical return rather than the options above, we will provide a return address; you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds under this right are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Processing Time
Store credit is issued within 2-3 business days of your request being approved. Refunds to your original payment method may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
