These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on campcoreplus.com and supplement our Terms of Service.
Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA & UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement to contact@campcoreplus.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Upon valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, personalized goods, or goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Conformity of Goods
We warrant that products supplied conform to their description and are free from defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
